SUMMARY
The menu that appears when mousing over a widget would be best as a vertical
menu, as standardized in most of Plasma.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on Latte Dock, select Dock/Panel settings
2. Mouse over a widget
EXPECTED RESULT
The three options there, configure, lock, and remove, display as a vertical
menu. Here is an example change recently performed by Nate:

ACTUAL RESULT
The three options are horizontal as icons-only.
