Yes, that was it, after removing event calendar and adding instead digital
clock, i'm unable to reproduce the bug.

Hmm, i normally don't start with both monitors on, so it's just a minor
annoyance, but i have two instances of calendar (clocks on both top panels) and
maybe that's the issue. I should probably report it to the
