OK then that would most likely explain why it seems to be behaving now. Looks
like they may of been conflicting and just shutting down the service. Thanks

Every desktop environment has ONLY ONE notifications service. So either that
will be in Latte or in Plasma. If you want Latte to take control of
notifications then you need to remove any applets from your

For some reason the notification service was being turned off. The
notifications in the center of the screen were actually Vivaldi's. This is
still a Latte dock issue cause there are post on Reddit with users having
