Latte Dock widget and focus bugs.
SUMMARY
It's difficult to explain. Toggling widgets, like the Application Launcher
(Kickoff) via the mouse, opens and closes the widget normally. However, Latte
Dock doesn't return the focus to the active window (The window is dimmed
(inactive) before I click on it again.) Oddly enough, window focus would be
returned normally if I toggle the Application Launcher via a keyboard shortcut,
like Superkey.
The system tray widget, in particular, re-opens immediately after I toggle it
off via the mouse. I cannot close it until I click a window or blank area on
the screen. All items in the system tray share this bug, except for the Audio
Widget and the Clipboard <-- Those two toggle-close normally via the mouse, but
they don't return focus to the active window, just like the Application Menu or
any other widget.
Trying the widgets on the default Plasma panel don't have the toggle issues. It
also returns focus to windows normally.
I'm in a X11 session, with Plasma 5.22.90.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on a widget on Latte Dock to toggle open.
2. Click on widget again to close it.
3. Observe that either the widget re-opens immediately (System Tray) on
toggle-off, or Latte Dock doesn't return focus to active window on Widget
close.
OBSERVED RESULT
The widget re-opens immediately (System Tray) on toggle-off, the user must
click elsewhere to close it. Latte Dock doesn't return focus to active window
on widget close.
EXPECTED RESULT
Focus is returned to the active window. System Tray can toggle-off normally via
mouse click.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have attached both my current layout config file and a video with the problem
in question. I have not tried it in the Wayland Session (sans Gnome, Wayland is
immature). I have disabled all Kwin tiling scripts to test this.
