SUMMARY
I don't know exactly when it worked last but it looks some of the recent
Frameworks or Plasma 5.26 updates broke skanpage; it doesn't show any main
window on startup anymore.
When I wanted to report that I noticed that there is an updated version 22.08.2
from 2022-10-13 available which might fix the issue. Just guessing from the
warning "module "org.kde.purpose" is not installed" since there is no changelog
on https://apps.kde.org/skanpage/
Please bump this version.

2. Wait
3. Give up
