I fully agree with Louis on that point. Otherwise I have to give up in Neon due

The problematic package isn't needed by any Kde app:
libpoppler-glib8
Reverse Depends:
inkscape
...no kde software...
Now I understand that libpoppler-glib8 is built from the poppler source
