Apparently, the ECM on Neon Unstable is on 5.109 while KF6 libraries requires
ECM to be on 5.240

So for example, I still can't compile https://github.com/zzag/kwin-effects-cube
on Neon Unstable because it can't find "KF6Config.cmake" by not providing the
"FindKF6.cmake"
