STEPS TO REPRODUCE

OBSERVED RESULT
Whether the display is perfectly rectangular isn't considered. This is
problematic because it obscures window title bar actions and the status bar.
EXPECTED RESULT
The user should be able to configure at least safe zones, like one can when
using a primarily televisual monitor.
