Perhaps I could add a third tab called "Actions" to the expanded view, which
would be like the expanded view actions for other applets.

Generally we have an expanded view that shows extra actions, which would take
care of this. But in the case of the networks applet, the expanded view is used
to two custom views instead. Not sure where we could put th
