Bug ID: 453806 Summary: Clicking on "Show network's QR code" does nothing on wired network Product: plasma-nm Version: master Platform: Neon Packages OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: applet Assignee: jgrul...@redhat.com Reporter: guimarcalsi...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY Clicking on "Show network's QR Code" does nothing. I'm on a wired connection and no QR code is shown when clicking on the button. Actually, I don't know why showing a QR code would be helpful on a passwordless wired network, maybe it could be hidden in that case? I'm on Neon Unstable. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Click on Network applet 2. Click on arrow 3. Click on Show network's QR code OBSERVED RESULT Nothing happens, the applet just closes. EXPECTED RESULT It should show a QR code or not show the button if the functionality is not available for a certain type of connection. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Operating System: KDE neon Unstable Edition KDE Plasma Version: 5.24.80 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.94.0 Qt Version: 5.15.3 Kernel Version: 5.13.0-41-generic (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 6 × Intel® Core™ i5-9400F CPU @ 2.90GHz Memory: 7,6 GiB of RAM Graphics Processor: Radeon RX 570 Series ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Wired network -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
