Maximum Volume is raised to 150% from Audio Volume Settings, but volume can't
be raised up more than 100% for the speaker from the volume applet, and I need
to check "Raise maximum volume" option for the speaker to be able to go up to
150%, but after restarting my computer I need to check this option again.
I didn't have this issue with KDE Neon before. It is a new issue.
