When I plug in external monitor the panel as well as all open windows from my
laptop's LVDS screen move to the new screen. While it's easy to pull back the
"normal" windows the problem is with the Panel - the only way I found so far to
move it back to the laptop screen is to switch to an empty desktop (or minimise
all windows) unplug the external monitor and plug it back again. Then the panel
moves back to the laptop. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries, sometimes the
display resolutions go all wrong and sometimes the panel disappears altogether.
It's very annoying.
