I can not delete files from the Plasma shell desktop using the delete key, or
the trash widget. Also the trash widget does not work if you drag and drop
from Dolphin as well.

Steps to reproduce (Delete Key)
1. Have a file or folder on the Plasma Desktop
2. Press Delete Key on keyboard
3. A notification pops up but no files get deleted

1. Have any file or folder
2. drag the file to the trash widget
3. A notification pops up but no files get deleted
