            Bug ID: 356618
Summary: Taskbar indicator on screen edge also appears if
                    taskbar is visible
           Product: plasmashell
           Version: 5.5.0
          Platform: Fedora RPMs
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: System Tray
          Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org
          Reporter: slartibar...@gmail.com

If the taskbar is 'auto-hidden' (hamburger-menu >> More Settings >> Auto Hide)
and the mouse cursor reaches the lower screen edge - slowly(!), then a light
blue indicators glows along the lower screen edge. It increases in visibility
(from faint to visible) until the mouse finally reaches the lower screen edge
and then the formerly hidden taskbar pops in.

I'm fine with that (although this option should be switchable)
BUT, if you select the option 'windows can cover' the same glow appears on the
already visible taskbar (which was never hidden) - this is quite disturbing as
there is some 'noise' coming from nowhere without any reason...

Please fix this behaviour to 'glow' only for a hidden taskbar and make this
glow user-definable (on/off)

Reproducible: Always
