Icon-Only Task Manager tooltips show grouped windows without a title on mouse
hover. It would be great if they were to show window title to easily
distinguish between them.

Actual Results:
Grouped window preview is shown without window title in Icon-Only Task Manager
tooltip
Expected Results:
Window title should be shown when previewing more than one window in the
Icon-Only Task Manager tooltip
