            Bug ID: 367600
Summary: FolderView in Panel: selecting file/folder doesn't
                    work without moving mouse
           Product: plasmashell
           Version: 5.7.3
          Platform: Neon Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Folder
          Assignee: h...@kde.org
          Reporter: stefanpro...@kolabnow.com
                CC: plasma-b...@kde.org

When navigating through folders and subfolders in a folderview panel-popup, the
folder/file at the current mouse position isn't selected automatically, i.e.
you can neither click it with left or right mouse buttons (left mouse button
does nothing, right click opens the menu for top folder, but not the context
menu for file/folder at mouse position).
Only when moving the mouse a little is the view updated and the file/folder at
the current mouse position clickable.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open folderview panel popup for /foo.
2. Click on /foo/bar/ to navigate to subfolder.
3. Without moving the mouse, try to click the file/folder at the current mouse
position (either with left or right mouse button).

Actual Results:
The click is consumed by the popup, not the file/folder at the current mouse
position.

Expected Results:
Left-clicking should open file / navigate to next subfolder, right-clicking
open context-menu for file/folder.

Maybe this is related to a different problem regarding keyboard navigation
through subfolders, where the index of the currently selected file is also not
updated properly?
