We also don't force QT_QPA_PLATFORM anymore, so older Qt will use XCB by
default anyway.

So the fact that it shows Qt window decorations says a lot. The application
seems to ship it's own Qt and due to that our integration doesn't work. This
could also explain why it doesn't find
