Blue overlay on Blender tabs

Take a look @ gif. If Panel is in autohide mode and app is in full screen blue
overlay shows on top of essential Blender tools. Unfortunately there is no
option to disable this feature.
There isn't good position of panel to workaround this, blue overlay always
covers something important: menu, timeline, scrollbars etc...
Please introduce option to disable this behavior or option to adjust
cursor-scree_edge distance with possibility to set to 0 px.
