demonstration of bug
This bug only affects the standard task manager (not icons-only)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Unpin all applications.
2. Pin Okular to task manager.
3. Start Okular.
4. Start Kwrite.
Expected behaviour: Kwrite should appear near the end of list in task manager,
Okular should stay at top, since it has been pinned.
What happens: Kwrite appears before Okular in the task manager.
