Summary: A click on Desktop toolbox shows menu once. After the
next click the menu disappears and following clicks on

SUMMARY
A click on Desktop toolbox shows menu once. After the next click the menu
disappears and following clicks on the icon doesn't make menu visible.
Plasmashell must be restarted for repairing but bug will appear again.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on Desktop toolbox to show menu (menu appeared)
2. Click on Desktop toolbox to hide menu
3. Click on Desktop toolbox to show menu
4. Nothing appears
5. Restart 'plasmashell' and go to step '1.'
OBSERVED RESULT
The menu does not shown.
EXPECTED RESULT
The menu should be shown.
