SUMMARY
Under X11, widget explorer becomes semi-transparent when a widget is dragged
over it and you can drop the widget under it.
However the same can not be done under Wayland. When you drag a widget over the
widget explorer, cursor changes to "not-allowed" shape and it's impossible to
drop it under the Widget Explorer.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Wayland session
2. right click on desktop, select "Add widgets..."
3. try to place a widget under the widget explorer
OBSERVED RESULT
Cursor changes to "not-allowed" shape and it's impossible to drop the widget
under the Widget Explorer
EXPECTED RESULT
you can drop the widget under the widget explorer
