SUMMARY
I have been finding the applications listed in the application taskbar/panel
may not represent the actual application.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Specifically it would only be one item and I think it may only even be the
first position application item listed, whatever the application is.
I'll include 2 image attachments showing the Before/Incorrect display which
shows the incorrectly drawn Visual Studio Code application showing as the
Google Chrome browser page (which is also right next to it).
