SUMMARY
Back in Plasma 5.16, I was able to control how the notification system will
handle applications, like QBitTorrent (i.e. have it placed on the notification
drop down without popping up). However, I can't anymore in 5.17.
OBSERVED RESULTS
I noticed that Discord may notify me, but they don't get sent to the
notification tray.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Not sure if my snap applications, like Discord was shown before because I
couldn't remember. This also applies with KDE Neon.
