SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use a lot of RAM, i used google-chrome-stable, chromium, google-chrome-beta,
okular and music player (i used about 5/8 gb) for some time (atleast an hour or
2).
2. Close all the applications
OBSERVED RESULT
Plasmashell using 15-20% CPU of my 8 core i7-6700hq.
Plasmashell using 600 mb ram.
EXPECTED RESULT
Plasma shell not using this much of cpu and RAM

Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.4.6-arch3-1 (kernel)

KDE Plasma Version: 5.17.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.65.0
Qt Version: 5.14.0
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Sorry if its a duplicate, i searched and found one with opensuse and different
plasma version.
