Showing cut-off filename that could span width of tooltip
I use the tooltip to see the filename when it does not fit in the task manager
"button". However, the filename is often cut off in the tooltip when it could
span the entire width of the tooltip (modulo padding). I've attached a
screenshot illustrating this.
Separate issue: there shouldn't be ellipses ("...") after "On desktop 4", and
there isn't in the tooltip for other windows on the same desktop.
