That's the default fallback SDDM (login screen) theme. This happens
when you remove or break the Breeze theme, or try to use a 3rd-party
SDDM theme that's incompatible with the versions of Qt, KDE Frameworks,
and KDE Plasma installed on your machine.

Yes, in this case this got the 'familiar' logon screen back.
