Does it stop happening if you set up KWallet with a wallet password that's the
same as your login password?

Also, in the second password prompt, I have to type the WiFi hotspot password
again. If I type my user password, I got an "incorrect password" warning.

Well, it's a fresh install, I never used KWallet and I didn't change my user
password yet after the installation.
