Here is Steam starting but the app description tells that is system settings

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.Try to open or pin multiple apps
2.Try to launch a app
3.Immediately hover over the app icon to see the desc
OBSERVED RESULT
It shows the wrong app description
EXPECTED RESULT
It should show the correct app description
