SUMMARY
Sometimes the host does strange things to a virtual machine, and the upper left
corner becomes inaccessible by mouse. Therefore, I have moved the Cascade Menu
to the upper right corner.
Sometimes clicking in the favourite icon becomes hard work as the mouse tends
to pass over the menus first.
If it is possible to move the favourites bar at the right of the menu
(configurable, of course), this problem vanish.
