SUMMARY
Dragging app in favorites after having dragged and dropped another app in
favorites results in first app repositioning itself at the location of the
second app.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Kickoff launcher.
2. Drag an app in favorites and drop it to another position within favorites.
3. Start dragging another app in favorites.
OBSERVED RESULT
The first app re-positions itself to the location of the second app you
attempted to drag.
EXPECTED RESULT
Second app starts dragging. First app remains at its previous location.
