I'm looking for someone to help me solve a problem in the KDE program. The
icons move after every KDE start, the bar is up for me. All symbols shift more

As soon as I enter KDE after logging in via SDDM, the icons move away from the
control bar every time. You can avoid this effect with the Invisible control
bar setting.
