A video showing the bug happening. Widgets, activities, and desktop issues are
shown.

SUMMARY
***
On my desktop, I can't expand any widgets, the Widgets menu, or the Activities
menu beyond a certain height on the desktop. The desktop also does not allow
selection beyond that point.
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create widget
2. Move or expand it to the bottom of the screen
3. Hit "invisible wall"

OBSERVED RESULT
There is some sort of "invisible wall" that prevents some desktop elements from
expanding beyond it to the bottom of the screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
I should be able to have desktop elements expand to my bottom panels

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux with `6.1.8-arch1-1 (64 bit)` Kernel
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.102.0
Qt Version: 5.15.8

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The alt-tab task switcher (which by default, appears at the left of the screen)
touches the bottom of the screen, but the widgets menu and activities menu
(which also appear in the same location) does not expand to the bottom of the
screen. I only use one display.
