SUMMARY
Not sure if this is the right product/component to report this issue, as KDE
contains a LOT of components, but running `plasmashell --replace` fixes the
issue, so I guess it has to do with Plasma.
What happens is that the minimize/maximize window effects stop working, so
whenever I minimize or maximize a window, the window just appears or disappears
without any effect. It is very minor, but it happens so often that it has
become annoying, and I decided to file an issue. I really don't know how to
debug it, nor *what* to debug, nor have any idea of what triggers it, it just
happens. I'd like to receive some guidance on how to diagnose it and debug it
properly.
