I haven't tested that specifically but that's what I would expect.
But it's just an educated guess.
I don't have this bug on any other computer that I have (many, all linux), but
they don't have that monitor.

My main monitor is a Samsung CRG9, 5120x1440, + 1080p tv on the right. I'm
mentioning it because I've encountered problems with some apps and games
