I don't know, but now I don't even use the scrolling function on the taskbar at
all. I use my function keys. KDE might have as well removed scrolling
entirely...

RESOLVED INTENTIONAL?!
This is super unintutive! Scrolling down a (web) page with natural scrolling is
in my mind conception the same as scrolling down the audio plasmoid to lower
the volume but Plasma 6 on Waylan
