SUMMARY
When I import a QIF file into Skrooge, it creates Trackers from the Tags in
Quicken (yay, bug 403725!), but not the description of the tag.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Export QIF file from Quicken with tag descriptions, e.g.
!Type:Tag
NJane
Dexpenses that Jane incurs
^
...
and then there's a transaction with
LGifts & Donations:Charity/Jane
then view Trackers.
OBSERVED RESULT
In Skrooge 2.18, the transaction gets imported with tracker "Jane", but if you
view the Trackers list, the tracker "Jane" has a blank comment.
EXPECTED RESULT
The 'D' field for the tag should be imported as the tracker's Comment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This isn't a big deal for me, I only have 5 tags/trackers.
I don't know what should happen if there's an existing tracker with a comment
different from the tag's description.
