Hi,
I created an operation by using the keyboard and CTRL+ENTER to created it.
After the creation the focus is set on date field and I can create a second
operation.
What is the issue for you?

Sorry for being late the problem is in the operation panel when you
enter the data the keyboard doesn't always work and you have to proceed
with the mouse.
Then after confirming the operation you cannot
