in Plasma 5.14 and git master, changing the default browser using System
Settings > Applications > Default Applications > Web Browser > In the following
application > choose "Firefox" works for me, even when toggling it back and
forth between browsers. Seems like this has been fixed.
Notably, ~/.kde/share/config/kdeglobals was not updated yet it continued to
work, so it seems like the configuration information is stored elsewhere now,
not there.
