touchpad
reproducible on neon dev unstable and opensuse krypton when I use icon view in
system settings.
start wayland session
open system settings > display and monitor
back to all settings and open any kcm below
input devices > touchpad
application style > window decorations
workspace theme > any section
connections
multimedia > audio volume
startup and shutdown > boot splash
applications > launch feedback
