SUMMARY
I'm testing the new virtual desktops kcm on neon dev unstable, my system
language is pt-br. To select cube animation in the "Show an animation when
change" dropdown makes the buttons aside the dropdown cut off.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. search for the "virtual desktops" kcm in the apps launcher and open it
2. select cube animation in "Show an animation when change" dropdown, click
"Ok" button
3. restart the "virtual desktops" kcm
OBSERVED RESULT
the buttons aside "Show an animation when change" dropdown are cut off.

EXPECTED RESULT
the buttons already mentioned should be visible
