SUMMARY
When I set global theme to breeze dark, Global Theme kcm sets dark icon theme
to gtk2 apps but their color scheme is still light, what makes icons of gtk2
apps barely visible or invisible.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set Breeze Dark as global theme in system settings > global theme
2. open any of the following gtk2 apps: inkscape, StarDict, tomboy notes,
asunder cd ripper, grip cd ripper
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
icons are barely visible or invisible. See the attached screenshot of inkscape.

EXPECTED RESULT
icons should be visible
