SUMMARY
There is a message within the Window Decorations button dragging area that can
look better if placed outside of the interaction area.
Move "Drag buttons between here and titlebar" to the outside top of the
draggable area or bottom outside of the draggable area.
That way the user will more clearly understand that this is helper text.
