When I disable the media controls and click apply the following settings
[Greeter][LnF][General]
showMediaControls=false
are added to /home/med/.config/kscreenlockerrc

Yeah you are right, I tried adding to kscreenlockerrc file the following lines
:
[Greeter][LnF][General]
showMediaControls=false
and it seems for now it hides correctly the media
