STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Go to the keyboard section
3. go to the Advanced tab
OBSERVED RESULT
There are two sections named "Caps Lock Behaviour"
EXPECTED RESULT
These sections should be merged. If there is a reason why they are separated,
then they should have different names, IMO.
