STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. plug in a mouse
1. set Acceleration profile to flat
2. xinput shows "libinput Accel Profile Enabled (353): 0, 1"
3. unplug the mouse
4. plug it in again
OBSERVED RESULT
System settings page still shows 'Flat' as selected option but xinput now shows
"libinput Accel Profile Enabled (353): 1, 0"
You have to set it to Adaptive , click apply and then set it to Flat again and
click apply again.
EXPECTED RESULT
Mouse is set to the acceleration profile selected in the settings page.
