STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Recent Files KCM
2. choose 'Do not remember' and apply the change
3. open a text file with Kate, or a pdf file with Okular, or an image with
KolourPaint
OBSERVED RESULT
file opened in the last step is listed in 'File > Open recent' menu of used app
and in Places > History submenu of kickoff.
EXPECTED RESULT
'Do not remember' option should work
