Double "Input Method" (fcitx configuration tool) menu entry under "Regional
Settings" when using Sidebar View.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to "System Settings" and use "Sidebar View".
2. Then go to "Regional Settings".
OBSERVED RESULT
Doubled "Input Method" menu entry visible on the Sidebar (Only when using
sidebar view, when using "Icon View" only one "Input Method" entry visible).
When still in "System Settings" and move cursor on "Regional Settings" entry,
there is an information "Contain 5 Items".
EXPECTED RESULT
Single "Input Method" menu entry visible on the Sidebar. When still in "System
Settings" and move cursor on "Regional Settings" entry, there should be an
information "Contain 4 Items".
