STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open systemsettings
2. go to keyboard > shortcuts
3. open the shortcuts of an app that has a lot of shortcuts, e.g. kwin
4. scroll a bit
5. start searching for a shortcut that may exist in that tab, make sure it is
not in the view at that point
6. may need to CTRL-A and delete the text
