New install of KDE Fedora 40.  Installed the Epson linux rpm packages.  Works
in my separate Fedora 39 install

SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add printer
2. It sees Epson ET-8550 printer, doesn't show network details. Select the
printer (not driverless) 
3. Choose the driver from the Epson list ver escpr2-1.2.9-1.x86_64, then add

OBSERVED RESULT
Driver shows printer "paused" , but not network connected

EXPECTED RESULT
Should be able to set as default, see print que etc .  Can't edit or remove
printer at all
