The problem is in gpg, but tests/Cryptography/keygen.sh has indeed
LD_PRELOAD=./libfake-dev-random.so ${GPG} --batch --quiet --gen-key
${SRCDIR}/tests/Cryptography/batch-keygen
which will likely trigger that.
